INGREDIENTS
2 14 oz cans of artichoke hearts [400g]
1/3 cup all purpose flour [40g]
1/4 cup non-dairy milk [60ml]
1/2 cup breadcrumbs [80g]
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried parsley
Cooking spray
2 tbsp vegan mayo
1 lemon wedge
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pinch red pepper flakes
Bake 425F for 20 minutes
