It's so nice to see travis in the background. We hardly see him and I know he's shy and the camera isn't his thing, but it's nice to see him around. All the projects from the little kiddos look great!!

I love it when you said, "We are just about done...well, because I'm done". :-) When mama is done, it's over. I miss making more food like I did doing my foster care days. Now we don't have any freezer space and I'm chomping at the bit to get a bigger place and fill it up with some more kids. Love watching these videos.

If you use your glass 9x13 pans, line them with parchment before adding food and cooking. After the food cools, flash freeze it. Now you can remove it from the pan, wrap it, and freeze as usual. When you are ready to use it, simply put it back in the same glass pan for cooking. This way your glass pans are free to use for other things. I realize you mostly use aluminum pans, but if you want to freeze a smaller portion either for your family or to share with a neighbor, this works well.

Next time you do the burrito bake, cut your tortillas in half and lay the flat ends against the edges of your pan. You'll get more real estate without any gaps.

With my son just about to turn 2, just me and him, I have days where I am energized and wanting to cook and I capitalize on those days and really cook b/c the rest of them I don't want to cook, i want quick and easy. A small freezer and your meal prepping and quick hacks have really helped me with that even with our tiny family. Even on the days when I don't want to cook I don't want to sacrifice nutrient packed home cooked meals and thats another way this has helped.

Sweetie, I love your videos. Your family are so well behaved and helpful to get things done. My dad was 1 of 18 and the girls did the house and boys helped dad. I see watching you how life could have been there. They are helpful to help family and friends when they ask me. I was watching this video. The wrap you were cutting for little pizzas, try getting a large paper cutter like they use at school. I have a retired one very old that would help you cut them faster and more at a time. Hey, you have a large family and its beautiful to see you move around all the details to keep it all running smoothly, and everyone happy! You really are simply amazing..... I know you sit back and take a deep breath thinking of all those MEALS that are done and ready to cook off sitting in your freezer!!! way to go!!!! You're such a blessing to your family, and to your followers! My family is tiny, 3 of us in our home!! Me, hubby and 16 yr old daughter Grace but honey, you've inspired me to freezer cook and we LOVE having a meal ready when life is busy! Made 8 baggies of chicken tortilla soup (Pioneer Woman, Fabulous!) and froze them, and 8 baggies of Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup ready in the freezer! Need to branch out and try some of your yummy recipes but I dont have an extra freezer!!! Maybe for Christmas I'll ask for one! :) Thanks for sharing great videos!

Jamerril you are amazing, I know it must be exhausting tackling these huge freezer days but there must have so many occasions when you are very grateful for your full freezer! I suffer from chronic pain interspersed with acute pain following a flare up. I used to do my much scaled down version of your freezer days and I loved it! I still love to feed the family when they all appear but now it costs me more because I tend to use more pre-bought ingredients than I did before. My peppers may be frozen, also chopped onions, chopped mushrooms, minced garlic (frozen) and minced chilli (frozen). These sorts of short cuts and some help means that I still do freezer meals, 'Liz Style'. Take care and lots of love till next time. Lovely to see the lovely Travis!!! Xxx

Jamerrill, i could watch you all day ☺ I am a huge fan of precooking. I did it for years when my kids were little. I had my kiddos back to back. So, when my first son, Dylan, was 2, I had my second son, Nathan, and when HE was 1 and a half, I had twin girls, Lizzi and Lexi. I had 4 kids ages 3 and under. Let me tell you, early prepping and cooking saved my life lol. Of course over the years, we had school, sports, projects, volunteer work, etc... Having food prepped and ready to go was huge time saver. I miss those days now since my kids are much older and graduating. In the next 3 years, all of my kids will have graduated and are moving on to bigger and better things. You remind me so much of myself. It always made me so proud when people would call me supemom lol YOU, Jamerrill, are without a doubt a supermom. Thank you for all you do and giving us a peak into your beautiful family 😊

I really enjoy watching these videos - I came from a family of 8 children, and my mom would have loved doing freezer meals like this! We didn't have much money for a family of our size, and we generally had oatmeal for breakfast and peanut butter sandwiches for lunch, pretty much every day (some of my siblings still hate peanut butter!). Dinner never seemed to be a big hassle for Mom, but I still have a feeling she would have loved being able to pull dinner out of the freezer!

Thanks for posting this video. Now I have much needed inspiration. We finished all the freezer meals I had about a week ago. Now time to make more. A family of 3 here but hubby has had strokes and has a brain injury and I also homeschool our son. Freezer cooking truly helps when I am looking for something easy and am exhausted.

Your videos are always inspiring!! Because of my chronic conditions I can not do full days of freezer meals but I am going to try once a week to do 1 breakfast, 1 dinner freezer meal times 4 each. I think if I work slow and steady with my family’s help over time I will get a stockpile in the freezer. 💜 taking tips from you and making it work for me

Parchment paper! Well no wonder my pancakes stuck together. It's the smallest things. THANK YOU! LOVE THESE IDEAS. AND IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE A LARGE family. You can pop these into the freezer for later... great ideas, jammerill...love it....kudos to you.

You did a big pan. Put parchment paper between the layers and then separate them to bags. You could left them in the pan.

I wanted to tell you thank you for sharing ALL this!!!! I am leaving for a month to go to my daughters in Connecticut because she is having a baby like next week. 🤗 I have made about 27 meals and 7 dozen mini pizzas. We have tried sloppy Joes and pizza bake and mini pizzas. Total hit on all so far. Even shared with a friend who had surgery. They loved it. Thank u so much!!! U r amazing!!!!!

When I'm doing freezer meals, I also love to get a huge 10 pound roll of burger and make half of it into meatballs and mini meatloaves. I freeze them on sheet pans, then dump them into gallon freezer bags. Very helpful for when we want spaghetti and meatballs. I only have to make pasta and heat up the balls in sauce and good to go! Great recipes!! Thank you!

I have a very small family (only 2 of us now) but I like to make your freezer meals to keep on stock for when people at our church or neighbors get sick or have a death in their family, I can easily pull out a meal and prepare it quickly to take to them.

We’re a family of three but I truly wish we had a freezer big enough to do huge freezer cooking marathons. Even though we don’t really need it the way you do to keep the everyday ship afloat, it’s just right up my alley to cook a lot of food at once. Love cooking, but not every single day. However, we live in a small apartment with a tiny freezer where we can barely fit our groceries, haha, so storing weeks worth of food just isn’t going to happen. Oh well, one day we’ll have a house and I’ll be able to go full Jamerill style! You’re a lovely lovely mama. Thank you for every minute of inspiration. Love from Sweden

Random question of the day...What does Travis call you? Just for short when he’s trying to get your attention or what-not. I’m guessing “Jay?” And you call him “Trav,” or “Travis?” Lovey names aside I guess as that can be personal.lol I call my husband “Babe” just calling him out; he calls me Poo 😂 Or “Hey!” Haha! When talking to others he calls me Ali, for Alison. 😁

Just a thought, perhaps you could find a rolling shelf (such as bakers use) that you could put your finished meals ( such as when making meat balls you could slide the tray on the shelf) and then roll the whole shelf out to the freezer. It would also free up counter space while you are prepping the meals. Love your channel!

I recently hot an upright freezer and I want to do freezer cooking for us like you do for your family. It is just my Mom and I. But I do get a lot of ideas from your meals. Plus be useful larger recipes for cabin time. Memorial Day we had 20-25 people. These will come in handy. Thanks for sharing all your food tips.

We're a small family, but I do this as well. I'm searching for the 2gallon size bags (I think that's what side they are. I just know they're bigger than the gallons). Usually I make breakfast sandwiches & meals that are easy for the kids to make.

dollar tree has 2.5 gallon bags. however u only get 5. you can fit a lot of homemade pancakes in them.

Without a recipe I baked: layered cooked chicken breasts torn with salsa, tortillas, slices of pepper jack & cheddar cheese with refried beans in a sort of lasagna way. The tortillas were mush but it tasted good with sour cream & salsa to dip in. Guacamole would be good to. I don't cook much & like to make meals last a week or more.

I have only two muffins pans.. so liked the idea of cutting slices out of a baking pan.. thx :))
