My Lentil Soup Recipe:
16oz chicken stock or veggie stock
Half a tube tomato paste or 1 can
1 Can tomato sauce
16 oz water
1 TBS AP flour ( optional)
1 to 2 chicken breast ( optional)
2 1/2 cups green lentils ( rinsed)
1 bunch kale
1 bag spinach
4-5 potatoes ( potato per person) peeled and cubed
4-5 carrots peeled and cubed
1 large white onion diced
6 cloves garlic minced
1 TBS oregano
1 TBS Basil
1 TBS Cumin
1 TBS Italian seasoning
2-3 Bay leaves
2 TBS salt ( to taste)
2 TBS pepper ( to taste)

2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons unsalted butter very cold (85g), unsalted European butter is ideal, but not required
¾ cup whole milk¹ (177ml) buttermilk or 2% milk will also work
