Ermine buttercream/frosting or cooked flour buttercream is made using a mixture of cooked flour, sugar milk and butter. Adding the cooked flour mixture to whipped butter results in a super smooth buttercream.

150G SUGAR
35G PLAIN/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
185ML MILK (I used whole milk)
165G SALTED BUTTER
It will mix well with food colours, it pipes beautifully, and is perfect for decorating cakes.
