Puan lynn87, for the sweetened condensed milk frosting to come out right chill the milk in your frig for several hours-get it really cold. A tspn of vanilla added is nice too!
Thank you so much for this recipe! I followed it as accordingly and it turned out perfectly!! Finally a buttercream that is not too sweet. Further, before applying on my cake...I divided it in batches and applied coloring onto it. This also worked out fine. I will use this more often!! The amount of buttercream used into this recipe was just enough for a mini cake of 3 layers (3 inch per layer). So when I use this on my bigger cakes I will definitely at least triple the recipe amount. Thx!!!
Tried today… for the first time made perfect texture icing…. Added small amount of cornflour as a stabilizer…. Decorated my cake it’s really beautiful… perfect for nozzles 👌🏼👌🏼👍👍 thanks for your one more wonderful recipe…. 🤙
I loved how you beated the butter with full patience until it had gone super pale and airy and also that trick of dissolving the sugar in the milk that would make sure that there are no crunchy bits of icing sugar at all👌😊

just a guess from my part, you can probably make double the amount she made, so like take everything double the amount she said, or you can take triple, that's how i do, i took double the amount, but than it was not enough, so i'm going to take triple
Same thing as the sweetened condensed milk recipes. I think it’s a little easier too if I’m honest. 1 C butter to 1 can cold sweetened condensed milk-done.🙂
Brenda araiza, it’s 2 cups. You can get really nice digital scales online & in most stores too rather inexpensively. The US I believe is the only country not using the metric system for measurements. I find that my baking type recipes come out better when using more precise measurements like the metric system.😉✌🏻

Usually, frosting the cakes, i keep the cake inside a refrigerator Lately, after the cake is refrigerated and being put back in room temperature, there are sugar lumps that appear on top of the frosting It never happened before Do you know what may have caused this? when making cakes and sweets you should always use unsalted butter and add salt as needed so you can control how much salt goes in. when you use salted butter, you can't control the level of saltiness at all.

You have put measurement as 10 tbsp sugar but you added only 6 tbsp?? Also I don't have a blender. Is there any alternate for blender?? Like juicer/chopper/mixie??
do we need to see 10tbs of sugar being put in? i think we get the idea after just a few! if you're extremely fit and enjoy bodybuilding competitions, you can try to use a hand whisk! :D a chopper won't whip the butter - you really do need a beater (either hand or stand).

It was just a query which I posted for her to answer since I have tried her recipes previously.😄👍 Also, there is a video of whipping a cream in a mixie itself. But I wanted her to say if she can tell some alternative as she does most baking without oven, which is easy for us.
