Cookie Croissant Recipe - RELAX 

Hello Everyone !!
I'm kind of enviable of everyone having these delectable Cookie Croissant in London but unfortunately I cant afford it so I made my own version using my eggless cookie dough from last week's video!!
Ingredients
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
180g Unsalted Butter (please don't use any alternatives if you're planning to remove the milk solids)
50g Light Brown Sugar (change this for caster)
100g Dark Brown Sugar
180g Self Raising Flour
1 tbsp Espresso Coffee
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1tsp Baking Powder
200g Dark Chocolate (any preference will also do)
