Cooking Beef Kaldereta by Danica Sotto-Pingris 

Sa lahat ng mga youtube vlogger na nagluluto etong c Ms. Danica Sotto ang pinaka gusto ko. Kasi hindi maarteng magluto, praktikal, simple lang at saka hindi sya madaldal gaya ng iba na kung ano2 adlib pinagsasasabi. Si danica nakafocus sa niluluto. At isa pa sa gusto ko sa kanya is her traditional way of cooking parang kami rin, hindi instant, hindi maarte. Isa rin kasi akong cook kaya nung napanood ko sya the way she moved sa kusina, napahanga nya ko kasi marunong talaga sya at hindi dunung dunungan lang. Kaya kahit sosyal na pagkain, modern or simple ang niluluto nya, naabot at naiintindihan pa rin ng masa. Kasi hindi lng puro mayayaman ang ginagawa nyang audience, kundi cnasama rin nya pati mga simpleng tao gaya nmin kaya nakakarelate lahat sa niluluto nya. Kaya keep it up!

Ganito lang dapat ang cooking show, simple, madaling sundan, di nakaka-stress. Di applicable sa akin yung multiple menu yung niluluto. Mas gusto ko yung ganito.

Caldereta is one of my favorite dish, pero di ko pa nagtry magluto nito kasi wala akong tiwala sa sarili ko, feeling ko yong sa pag seasoning na ang dami ilalagay baka mamali ako sayang yong ingredients, but this video makes me wanna cook caldereta, ang ganda ng procedure niya hindi mahirap sundin, walang daming etc. Di ka malilito manood. I love your classic style of cooking Caldereta. My lola does it this way too aside from stir frying the potato and carrots prior to sauteing. Iba talaga kapag slow cooked coz it’s mas malasa at mas masarap.
