Just made this and I learned a major tip that you may forget when making this... Once it's done, LET IT SIT for at least 15 minutes. Without doing this, it's basically a soup. When you let it sit, it turns into basically a more "chicken and pastry" kind of consistency that is DRAMATICALLY different and DRAMATICALLY better!
Anyone watching this, just a tip...never let your seasoning come to a film on the top of your pot because it makes them harder to break down once they’re in a clump 👍👍 always stir as you season

Thanks for this video! as a learning cooker I use RU-vid to watch different videos and type out recipes to make sure I’m getting the steps and instructions right. As a leaner I think it’s very important for the content creator to include precise TEMPS and TIMES. using language like “a little while longer” is vague. Just some input for future reference!
I'm sorry but I've said this in the past and you may have not listened to a lot of my past videos so I understand but I'm no chef and I don't cook that way. I don't cook by measurements. Not knocking anyone that does. I just think cooking is from the heart and using measurement doesn't give me that. Thank you for the comment!
That looks good bro I been doing mine wrong the whole time but this was the way my mom use to make hers I'm gonna make this today but with chicken cutlets. I never added the cream of chicken to mine and always wondered why it didn't taste like my mom's lol. Good video👍🏿
I just made this but my internet went out so I only saw half of it. Got all my spices and veggies in though. I missed the part where you added two cans of cream soup. Even without it though it is delicious. I will make it this way again. Thank you. When I warm more up I might add the soup ! ❤

I tried this again for the 2nd time and the 2nd time is much better. You said celery salt makes a difference and you are so right. The 1st time I did not have celery salt and was like it should be fine. I was so wrong, so this 2nd time I got the salt and so good!!! Thank you for your videos!!!!
I doesn't matter. Reson why I had put the seasoning in at that point is because I was setting up my camera and prepping so it had started to boil on me. You can add seasoning in right when you add the chicken. Can add chicken in cold water and start seasoning and let it boil till tender

@@80Cooks the legs and thighs make the dish more flavorful. Am i correct? I used to use breast. This way taste much better in my opinion. Im making some after church tomorrow for myself.
80 Cooks , I was supposed to make chicken & egg noodles last Wednesday couldn't make because didn't work into my busy schedule . I made tonight . Thank you for a delicious recipe . I will make this recipe often .
This looks delicious good ole comfort food…I had to make due with what I got and omg so delicious 🤤 I used 2 large bone in chicken breast added a couple chicken bouillons when the meat fell off the bone I took it out let it cool enough to take the chicken off the bone. Than I added my onion and celery until it was tender I also added some frozen peas than I added my egg noodles I added my cut up chicken and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup yum turned out so good 😊 salt and pepper to taste
Our go to dinner my boyfriend and I make this chicken and egg noodles twice a month for the past two years we absolutely love this dinner and yes summer time as well . we're having for dinner tonight .
Made this exact recipe a few months ago my husband just asked me today why I never made this again and he would like this for dinner So to the store I go….
Boil raw chicken in water, add seasoning to same water and boil some more. Add noodles to water from raw chicken and dinner is ready. That so many folks think adding raw chicken to dishes like this is amazing.
