I really appreciate what you are doing for the filipino food scene worldwide! Please come to Toronto we would love to personally taste your food Chef JP!!!! Filipino food is more than adobo and sinigang as I tell my colleagues here in Toronto. Need that Sarsa Cap and Shirt Chef!
Hello! Chef JP , I've been following your Vlog but I too I'm busy with my work. We are in the same industry just like you said we are the ones who clock in first and last one to clock out( 10hrs , 12hrs, when I work in hotel 16hrs). but we are happy with what we do. going back you're in NY sharing your skill to cook Filipino food together with Chef Dayrit & other filipino co-leagues and a Chinese who's been expert their cuisine. So keep up Vlogs together with your loving wife assisting in getting good videos. Halong always.. thank you! for the views.🙂
Just when you thought that this is just about cooking ------ may mga pasabog that happened in between! From napanis na sauce to Anthony Bourdain to that knife to that sweet moment with the missus. WOW! This episode is definitely a contender for top content of 2023 in this channel. But knowing you Chef alam kong marami pang mangyayaring kakaiba. It's only April and you're serving us GOLD! Chef.... I love you! I can't think of words na mas malala pa 'don so here it is. 💯 God bless your soul my idol. ❤️
The best video of you Chef JP n the rest of the staff ...watching you guys I feel so proud to be a Filipino. Keep up the good vibes, inspiring not only those who cook but also to us, ordinary people but loves to cook. Again, thank you for being a good role model! And not to forget, you also shared the story of Anthony Bourdain whom I love so much but so sad of his passing. More videos like this Chef n hope to meet u when I go home in July. Hope to visit Sarsa n hope to see you there.God bless you always n Camille ❤️❤️❤️
Ohhhemmmgeee.. si ninang rai!!!🤩 dami pila ah, i hope happy na si sir AB kung nasan man siya ngayon..sana nakatikim pa siya sana ng karekare ni chef jp
Avid viewer here. Nice contents. May I suggest, to get good feedback, avoid questions that get “yes” or “no” answer. Ask, “what…?” “how is the seasoning…?” “how can we improve…?” “what do like most…?” Open ended questions can be more engaging. Of course the answer is “yes” when questions start with, “Do u …?” Hope this helps. Be well 👍
Your vlog is my de stresser. It reminds me of my younger years in the kitchen. Keep rockin! The Anthony Bourdain references made me miss him. He liked kare kare after visiting Claude Tayag.
I wished that I was able to attend this event. San Diego to NY is a lot closer than to PI or Dubai. So close but yet so far. So awesome to see the Filipino cuisine representation in New York! My cousins live in Brooklyn and so next time that I am in New York, I will definitely visit TRADYSON. You can come to LA or San Diego now Chef JP! ...and how cool is that Anthony Bourdain story! You have a prized possession now!
Chef..sori gid na miss ko inyo event, it would have been only an hour and a half train ride from Philadelphia...lintsak abi i wasnt able to square away from from my work schedule. But so proud gid sa inyo tanan. Congrats gid ha and super proud.
May I suggest, for feedback, chef, generate and post on every table or the walls, a QR CODE with 5 significant questions for people to scan on their smartphones and answer. Then encourage all your patrons to scan and answer...o di ba?😊😊😊😊
Chef nakakabitin naman un kwentuhan nyo about Anthony Bourdain... todo volume para marinig namin... hope you can do a more indepth na kwentuhan ulit... inside stories about him and pinoy food pa sana.... ahahaha kainggit you have his knife...

Chef JP I got chills when you gradually opened Anthony Bourdain’s knife… kinda tearjerker moment. It’s like touching Michael Jordan’s shoe he wore during his last game feels… such a wonderful moment. You’re definitely in for a treat! NY has been good!

Just noticed in the streets of NYC when they were offloading the ingredients from the car. The car was a good few meters away from the sidewalk bc they dont want to obstruct the bike lane. PH could never
