I love the the mild mannered chef, seem very humbled to have met an international celebrity yet pinoy through and through despite being half. I hope that the pinoys in SM who seem to only be after the clout, would stop giving such negative comments some are even hating on a guy whose real goal is to highlight the Filipino culture. A culture he genuinely loves. Congrats JP for hosting a great talent. One that should be loved and embraced by pinoys whether here in the states or back there in the motherland. I first saw you on Katoque on Channel 11 and on Kris TV . You are Kris Aquino’s favorite Chef guest. I also watched all your videos when you go to particular province to cook and surf with the natives.
