To have the opportunity - some call it even a privilege - to cook and share ideas with all these fabulous chefs with their hearts in the right place is a once in a lifetime experience indeed Chef Anglo :)! I truly envy you ;)!
I’ve been marathon watching Chef’s shows since last night. This is one of the most heartwarming ones. Nakita ko yung culture ng mga chefs ang respect for one another . And brotherhood. No thug attitude. Walang ego. Just respect. Na di ko yata nakikita among women madalas. . Iba! Ang ganda ng Bromance.
I was surprised Paul Qui knows how to speak Tagalog, it was so pleasant to hear. I’m so bummed I missed on this event. I hope you have it again next year. We’ll definitely drive from Austin to Houston for it. And… kudos for using HEB flour tortillas!
Wow that’s amazing to see all these hard working Filipino Chefs in one place and working together doing their best. Makes me proud of Filipinos more. I’m from Manila watching you here from California. Chef JP I wanna be in one of your restaurants in Manila someday. More power to Filipinos around the world.
Glad to see chef Qui doing well after all he's been through. Been a fan since his top chef days. Glad to see other pinoy chefs doing well. More power to you guys!
We want Tom back in DC. Lols. I remember the long lines at Bad Saint. Before Jollibee opened in the DMW, PogiBoy was our go-to. This is an all-star cast, indeed. Great collabs, Chef JP.
Tbh this video's quite too long i was falling asleep. 😅 Love the idea of promoting Filipino popular dishes elevated by well-known fil-am chefs. Love how fellow Pinoys supporting Filipino restos. More power! 🎉❤😊
Parang ko sino yung chef na nabanggit ng ibang chef na ego lang. Pero siempre di ko na babanggitin dito in respect kay Chef JP. He was discreet siempre discreet ako so we don’t create any controversy for him. He doesn’t deserve it cause he’s such a humble guy.
Paul Qui is a very talented chef. Always a fan of his cooking and creativity. He won awards from 2014-2016 and was the clear winner of Top Chef. I remember several of his restaurants including Kuneho. His fall from grace was his domestic violence (assault) and struggles with addiction. I am glad to see he is well and starting back again.
25:46 Ang ganda ng kinalabasan pag lahat ay nagkakaisa at saludo talaga ako kay Camille sa paggiging hands on wife at suportado talaga si Chef JP... Imagine cooking with different chefs yet they unite as one and the result: successfully done...kudos Chef and the whole team ... Filipino food forward.... Mabuhay ka Chef! You're the best! More power chef!❤❤❤❤❤
3:43 So proud of you chef merging Filipino food with the Americans...Ikaw na talaga chef the best of the best...another achievements....Mabuhay ang mga Pinoy...
Texas has high standards for food. They have to be good just to survive down there because there is so much competition for good food from BBQ to Vietnamese.

Sayang. We're from Louisiana and was there the week you were there. We ate sa isang Pinoy resto I won't name. Very disappointed. My granddaughter ate rice only bc she didn't like the chicken adobo. Sayang talaga. We missed you
