Been watching ur Videos for a couple weeks now. I live in Minnesota and I trout and do all kinds of fishing. I've right by Lake Superior so it's nice. But I love the mountains and things u do. I'd love to come out and fish out there. And show u sum stuff around here. You truly live a free and almost majestic life and just enjoy what the outdoors and mother nature has to offer us. Stay fishy big timer.

Finger twist retrieve will get you into bigger fish slow the fly down and honestly leaches under an indicator is how I get ‘em.

What an incredible place to not only fish and have a picnic, but also see so much awesome wildlife! Would love to see you do a panfish on the fly episode! My biggest struggle before watching you grow with addicted and now stay fishy, was that I was way too focused on actually catching a fish every single time instead of going out for the adventure and fun of being in the beautiful place we live. Since Watchung you I've never had a "bad day of fishing" because I can see the positive no matter what. A couple weeks ago I went to a small mountain creek to catch beautiful wild trout ,and instead of going home because I forgot my pole I bush crafted one out of a stick and leader line that was in my bag,and if it wasn't for all of your inspiration on staying positive and finding the beauty and adventure I would have never tried that. By the way I managed to catch 7 fish that day on a fly with 15lb flouro tied to the end of a stick. God bless you Jordan keep being the inspiration you are❤️

Jordy you need a full sink line on the flyrod, and just a little wind to put just enough disturbance on the surface to camouflage you in the boat the dog the movement :) FISH ON!

Jordan, I completely feel you regarding they can SHOVE IT!!! I have fished longer than any one of you has been alive, but I love sharing fishing with anyone who is curious or interested. I have heard time and again that I should teach others as my job how to fish. I LOVE the fact that you guys together teach everyone how to fish, and other than the Puyallup River, I have never run across too many fishermen/women anywhere. I love to fish Alone, and I am more than capable of doing just this if I desire. You have only Enhanced fishing for all in my humble opinion. Keep on doing what you do with those whom we love, and they can seriously SHOVE IT!!!

I always have cordage on me specifically bank line of sorts and you can always find a Y branch and weave a paddle from the cordage. I usually have plastic bags of some type with me too so I can pick up trash on the river banks and what not and that makes a good makeshift paddle. Let's just say I have experienced a bit.

Beautiful day fishing. Got to love a dog that celebrates catching a fish. AND a meal on the lake! I’ve done breakfast in the driftboat. Eggs, hash browns and bacon. A couple of guys in another boat couldn’t handle the aroma. Drifted down past us said they were going for some breakfast! Haha “Up a creek without a paddle”….you got a paddle, provided by the Creator!

If you like watching trout take the fly try fishing rivers and creeks for sea run cutthroat in the late summer/fall with a floating line and a strip retrieve. They will come right to the surface and smash the fly. On rare occasions you can have a coho show up to play. I have been fishing north Puget Sound rivers this way since I was a kid.
