I love watching these so I can learn from other people's mistakes. 1. Heat was too high at first. He burned the crap out of those first two sausages. 2. Never break the yoke on the sandwich. Always let the customer do that. 3. Meat was raw in the middle on the first sandwich. I hope he/she ordered it rare. 4. No heat barrier between the grill and the wood housing. He'll have to replace that after one season.
London should produce a ton of Bodybuilders with high protein street food like this. They dont cook like this in America they do but inside restaurants it's not as convenient
y no boludo, no se van a poner una parrilla en ese lugar o todo un costillar . Se cocina en el lugar con el espacio que se pueda , con un precio acorde .
Argentina? You're making f**** churrascos over there. Just like, straight cutted meat over the iron...no juices, "chimichurri" seasoning. Come to Argentina, i'll make you some good Asado.
Is there a law somewhere that won't allow these places to ACTUALLY COOK these meats all the way through??????????? Everything else looks pretty good, but the steak, or whatever it is looks like crap. I guess they like half cooked meat too over there.
