Your mom's idea of grilled adobo is possible since the sauce is like a marinade. Instead of cooking, just soak the meat in the sauce and then grill. Leftover adobo is also good when fried again!

For a better cooking tips : 1.) You dont need to add salt because soy sauce is salty already. 2.) You forget the onions ( its more delightful if you have that) 3.) Usually we dont put sugar UNLESS it becomes so salty and you want it to be balance. thats all ☺️ and have some. Thank you for having a filipino food feature in your vlog. God Bless

Your mom could pass for an.older sister & teases you just like a sister would. BTW I suggested to you a few months back that you cook for your family & you just did. Keep cooking for her because mom feels more loved once a son does so. As for the adobo, it would also be good to marinate in soy & oyster sauce first for about 2 hrs before cooking & cook longer so that the oil comes out. 😊👍
