I believe the four handled ones are 36" in diameter. 36” diameter pan 36” x 2.54 = 91.44 cm Radius = 1/2 diameter = 91.44 ÷ 2 = 45.72 cm A= π x radius squared = 3.17 x (45.72)squared = 6567 cm. 40 people as a main dish, 50 as a side
La paella valenciana lleva garrofo bachoqueta pollo y arroz valenciano... la otra paella si es de marisco o arroz con marisco (cosas) :) Estamos intentando usar los ingredientes con mas calidad dentro de lo posible para mejorar la oferta existente en Londres de paella echa por Australianos e Ingleses (con chorizo,etc)...
Gourmet Paella tranquilo chicos que de lejos sois los que mas os acercais a la paella como tal.... e visto uno que lo primero que le puso al aceite fue cebollas :S y luego salchichas.... y a otros poniendoles chorizo..... flipante encima decian que eran italianos, espero que os hagais un nombre por alli ;)
