I've made this for years, it's my "go to", for impressing my friends at gatherings. Everyone should try it..its a hit!

I'd use the excess mixture to make stuffed portobello caps :).

We call it Shrimpless Mousse.. We start off melting (very slowly) the cream cheese in a saucepan, then adding the tomato soup.. then take it off the heat and add the rest. We like it because someone in our family is allergic to shrimp, but it tastes just like shimp, so, those who are allergic to shellfish, can at least get a "taste" of shrimp, without the worry of a reaction.
