You should really consider using the tool before doing a video on the coolest dustbox because it is complete garbage. it does not stay shut and will leave your whole workspace full of dust when you turn it on. I've talked with Milwaukee about this it is a known problem since it came out years ago and they told me to tape it shut. The VAC attachment works great but if you wanted it to be connected you might as well use a corded one with more power.

Thx for the info, I have used it, not very much however. I tend to go for my dewalt or festool. I didn’t notice any issues with my sander when I was using it, but I’m sure it will present it self if I used it more. Thanks for sharing

Used it to sand drywall and man dust flies all out of the little filter . Aside that works well.

What's the best way to hook this up to the newest packout vac? Do I need the Milwaukee Hose and Accessory Adapter Kit?

You might, I was trying to hook it up and it really isn’t designed to fit onto the tool. You can force in on, but it’s definitely not great. I don’t have the accessory kit yet , maybe there is an adapter in it. Let me know if you pick it up

I have a Ridgid, DeWalt corded sander and the vibration is crazy so just got a 3M Xtract night and day. If you recommend the Milwaukee cordless sander I will get it.

I like the Milwaukee but I like the cordless dewalt more I think. But the best sander I have used for low vibration is the corded festool.

Mate how long does the HEPA filter last ? I have cleaned mine a few times after maybe 10 hours of use but maybe it’s time to replace it ? Doesn’t seem to catch as much dust as it used to when was new ? I love mine !! Thanks for video mate

Honestly I’m not sure how long it lasts. I do the same with mine, just blow it out or give it a good vacuum, should last a long time I would think

Definitely, it’s a great sander, especially if you’re already on the platform. I prefer the dewalt, but I’m on every platform so it’s just personal preference for me.
