The way he arpeggiates the chords so beautifully yet so clear in the beginning so we can see what he plays better. This is a yt channel that cares about his subs
Finally, picking up this rumba and tossing in your own variations has gotta one of the best feelings ever. Thank you for revitalizing my passion for guitar. Man, I haven’t felt this confident in a while
Thanks brother for your great work and i appreciate that and by the way i saw it that people before me already told you but some random guy stole your beautiful chords and made a song with exact same cords name "Le cafe de la nuit" at first i thought how talented he is but now i know this master piece belongs to who thank you for the great work. im new to guitar and of course i cant play this but even listening to song makes me happy.
@@rombsix I think I heard the pattern on some Gipsy Kings music. most other rumba flamenco music just use the standard rumba. i like it because it's rare!
"Cool rumba chords" . Thats what i type in, and i can enjoy this bittersweet melody anytime. Not sure if good or bad that this listening to this song is a vacation for me.
I love this song I can not describe what I feel when listening to it I feel that everything I feel repressed I could express with this song (I wish it would last a little longer)
Thanks! If you wanna learn the right hand strumming pattern, here you go - Tutorial: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-71vTI_HER4M.html - then you can record a version of your own that is 10 times longer LOL
Ramzi I owe you so many thanks. You were a big reason why I started to pick up acoustic guitar. I’m nowhere near playing this clean and lively but you inspire me to keep on working. This style won’t let me go anymore. I’ve put up a couple videos, my last one is heavily inspired by this one of yours. Would you mind to have a quick listen? All the best and many thanks 🙏
Playing few days this progression and catching myself on ... out off mode sound of that xx0233 / xx0232 or Dsus4 moment. Finally pick D7 with same melisma xx0210 / xx0212 / xx0213 here. So may be somebody will also find this useful. And also fingering first chord - 024032 or Em9 works for me when I put index finger on fist string and middle finger on fifth but mostly because of my hand size. Thank you for great progression. I did not play guitar for almost two years but your juicy rumba fired me up.
Amazing, I love rhumba, it's a way to travel in oneself and think a lot things, I love that progression, I'm going to play it.. Excuse me, excellent!! You won another suscriber🎸👍🏼
Rumba is the easiest flamenco rhythmn to play by far.Even nicer mixed with rascuardos. It's very easy to learn a few chord changes over it. It's the nearest thing to Santana and Flamenco when you'll never become that adapt but still be able to impress your guests with a ray of sunshine !!!Worth practising as it's a simple technique that sounds like a million dollars
@@9a8jr8jd - it's unfortunate that I don't endorse those short-format platforms like TilTok, though (or RU-vid Shorts). I don't even like all the click-bait titles and thumbnails on long-format RU-vid videos. It's sad to see how things are changing for the worse...
Hussein Rayshouni No worries. Look in the description, though! ;). ***** I have this loaded up now. They are similar, but not the same, you are right. definitely based on the same concept. :)
@@rombsix ah I pop in periodically when I need a quick "feel good". This short tune really grounds me back to the stuff that's going good on life and let's me forget the shit thats going bad. Don't mind me, but please NEVER change the name of the video. I always get back to it by searching "cool rumba chords". Don't ever delete or change the name of this vid. It's been at least a decade and I'm still coming back to lay in the sunshine of that sound you made. This vid is a fuking vacation for me.please don't ever delete it.
I'm impressed, really happy that i found this channel. Man you are very ellegant on the guitar. Can you tell me please with soort romba you spelt in this video ?
This is absolutely beautiful. I can't stop listening to it! I make songs with my best friend and we were both wondering if it is OK if we sample this piece for a new song. I'm not sure what's the best way to reach you but please let us know if it's okay to sample this! Once again, great job 💙
Fantastic voicing and rhythm brother! Thank you so much! Where did you find these chord voicings? My small analysis: Chords: Em9, Am9, Dsus4 to DMaj, GMaj7, GMaj6(11), Am7, B7/F# 024032 - x05503 - xx0233 - xx0232 - 3x0432 - 332000 - x02013 - 2x1202 If you wanna play over the changes, you can play E Aeolian over the whole thing, except over that B7/F#. Over B7/F#, I would play E harmonic minor (basically the E Aeolian but with #7).
These are not chord voicings... They are different chords. Em9 is not a voicing of Em since they have different notes... You can also replace alot of this with other chords like. Em, am7, D, G, Cmaj7, Am7, B7 and play in B phrygian will have different sound but still the same "core" feel.
I just got a Spanish guitar to play this specifically, complete beginner can’t even read sheet music yet Can you make an in-depth tutorial on this song? I’m visual learner
