I finally got the chance to do a video on Berkeley Springs West Virginia. Definitely a cool town. It has some very unique shops, history, and the people there were great. Just an alert, if you visit there plan on spending quite a bit time there exploring. The state park is cool and the hardware store is awesome. #westvirginia #berkeleysprings

Great video. Berkeley Castle is a great story. Shame it is not open for tours. Visited Berkeley Springs a couple years ago. Can’t wait to go back there and do some more exploring

It used to be a part of the sandmine it was filled with sand and the structure was how they distributed sand

And the building behind the gate is the Cacapon BrewCo. The entrance is from the street on the other end.

Your welcome I was born and raised in Berkeley Springs was running around those streets ever since I was 8 yrs old back in1978. I love my little home town.

It's a shame you missed some of the most historic places in town, please come again and get an informed local to show you around. Historic church, historic Inn featured in George Washington's diary, George Washington's land, the story behind Sir John's run, the truth about Robert Fulton and the steam powered river boats and 250 years of additional stories!

I would love to see all of that. I am completely up for someone showing me around the town. I am finally getting into the castle for a tour in a couple weeks. Sometime in the future I look forward to doing another video on the town. Thank you for all of the information and the suggestions.

Umm, you missed half of the town. Had you travelled past the park, you would’ve seen the south end of town. You missed a lot of interesting places. 🤷🏻‍♂️
