@@cohenhull6602 I was stuck in an awkward side flip after I knew how to do it, the tips is to flips holding only one knee in your front flip. Opposite arm to knee. 2:33
pigmie, your videos have helped me so much. I'm 42 and I just learned how to do a Front Flip 180 and a side flip in under 30 mins on a trampoline!!! All of this is thanks to you!!! :) :) :) I'm going to try the front flip 360 later on this week.
I find back fulls a LOT easier. I have only landed a couple front fulls but I can almost consistently back full. With back fulls you can fling your arms UP and get more hight and spin.
This trick feels way more floaty and looks cooler with straight body. 1. Need to get front half, it's kinda easy because you see ground all the time 2. Kick legs up on front half or drive heels from start with straight body 3. Do 180 putting less power flip and when you see the ground - add half turn to back. Swing the arm around 4. Once you got 360 on back with straight body - throw a couple matts and keep doing it adding more and more to flip If you have really good condition it is possible in one day but might take quite a few hours to develop muscle memory for really good and tight shape full. Dont give up learning. It took me about 6 hrs in 3 sessions doing mostly this and i'm 25 years old and 6.3ft tall.
So the front fulls that you do are a little different than I do them at my gym. The way we’re taught ( to make them look cooler) is to keep your body straight and spin real hard.
yo pigmie, you got to check out lel m8's front spin tutorial, it teaches you how to do 1,5 / 2,5 or 3,5 spins cleaner! That one helped me a lot maybe you would enjoy it aswell
I think the most said word on a trampoline is WOW. Idk why but I always just say wow at everything. when I do something right or when I overshoot. Just about everything.
I used to be able to do this easily on my trampoline until it broke. It’s been over a year since I’ve done this but I’m ready for when I go to a trampoline park
Landed this second try tip is do normal 360’s till you can lad a 720 then do frontflips till you can spin fast and land them every time then do this video
I’ve also been trying to do a new combo of flips and all of them in a row are over rotating backflip landing on your back into a kaboom and then do a back full
U can learn the front full to learn the back full... I couldnt do front full. But i could back full. So i turned more and more to a front flip setup and tryed *side full* and... BOOM front full. Kinda like a B-Twist
tysm pigmie ive watched this tutorial before its how I learned how to front flip about 2-3 years ago and now I'm getting into some more serious tricks and yes I completed it in five minutes again tysm for your help
Thanh Nguyễn get a diary for about 1$ or £1 and then do planks push-ups sit-ups or what ever you have in mind then day 1 do as many as you can and write how many or how long u did it for and then do the same everyday
Hey, pigmie. I'm trying to teach friend a backflip on the trampoline because I just learned, but he's just so RESISTANT! He doesn't try, he doesn't want to try, and he DOES NOT FOCUS, no matter how hard I push him. I'm stuck! I've trying your methods: makkaku (pardon my spelling), back to butt to flip, cartwheel, but nothing works. Could you please help me to teach my friend?
