Bro I did this and got my first backflip on grass in like 10 mins. The tips he gives are legit but it's honestly the last tip that's most important. Take a breath and for a moment before you try. Have confidence and send it. W video and now I can fkn backflip so that's sick asf.

Dude this helped so much! I was so scared to go backwards despite doing it on a trampoline for years. This helped me get over my fear and today, about an hour ago, I finally did it.
