Cool Way to Use a Soccer Rebounder

Here's a cool way to use a soccer rebounder. First off, you need a soccer rebounder, a wall, or even a teammate to practice this drill. In this particular case, we used the SKLZ soccer trainer portable rebounder.
You start the exercise by standing a couple of feet away from the rebounder. You kick the ball towards the rebounder and when the ball comes back towards you while it's still in the air, you make your first touch and control of the ball.
You make a couple of juggles and then you kick the ball back towards the rebounder. You can do that for a fair amount of time, let's say about 5-10 minutes.
Then, you can do different variations of this soccer exercise as shown in the video tutorial.
With this soccer training, you can learn to master your first touches and ball control. It's a great way to improve your first touch and ball control all while having fun!
