This video is just what I've been looking for. My daughter's car has this exact leak from the heater core and I was wondering if there was a video out here covering it. I am so glad that you posted it and we will definitely hear this a try.

Good luck, we had to do two treatment on the 2012 but on the 2014 we only did on treatment

Wow! What a blessing! $2300 quote to replace the radiator that is not showing evidence of leaking yet. I'm trying this!

After week’s of research 🧐 I realized this is a problem with most of these Range Rover’s and they put the heater core behind the dashboard which is 9 hours labor according to the dealer. I used this same product 3 years ago on a Ram truck 🛻 and it’s still working. Good luck Elaine Evangelista thanks ☺️

@@AllAboutCarzz It didn't last long. The leak is back again. Sucks. Range Rovers are very unreliable.

@@jv-king Noooo, both our Range Rover Evoque are still holding out since we place it in a few months ago, remember it also say you might be a 2nd treatment. Good luck 🍀

@@jv-king I hope we don’t have that problem because we would prefer to sell the car than to remove the dashboard to replace the heater core, I don’t know why they place it there. If it was me I would recommend a 2nd treatment and see if it help. I am going to change the door actuator this week🤣🤣🤣

@@AllAboutCarzz I’ll try out a 2nd treatment. And in other news- I need to replace the solenoid in the the gas tank assembly! Gas nozzle keeps clicking before the tank is full. I’m gonna sell it soon.

My 2012 evoque suddenly started leaking without a crash or accident. I’ll try this, also wants to know if I need to add water after filling up with half the coolant ?

Hello 👋 that’s exactly what happened to ours. I used the 50 percent coolant so no water was needed

I think you have to open the plug at the bottom of the radiator.

No access to the radiator on my car so I had to put it in coolant, thanks 😊

@@AllAboutCarzz thank you! I have the same issue on the same car and I just got the stuff and I’m like, where’s my radiator 😂. The auto zone guys I think were being nice and didn’t have the heart to tell me I am a bit… slow in terms of my car haha

I don’t know if you had that experience- I’m nervous to turn the heater back on, but since it’s Dec I may need too haha. Have you noticed with the heater on or off any changes since you used the treatment?

@@Guyonyoutube201 that was normal. Turn your heater on and allow it to circulate, once it seal the leak the smell will go away. I had the same problem. What more videos about this car on this channel and you will find a few future problems😁

How do I get the air out of the violent system after adding coolant?

I didn’t have to purge any air from the system after coolant was added. I add the liquid and then coolant and drive for 35 minutes for good circulation.

You confused on your numbers? First you said you drove it for 45 minutes for circulation then you said a hour and now you told this person 35 minutes? You also said you tried this product before on 1 vehicle then re assured this would be your second time trying it which then you mentioned you put this liquid in 3 vehicles while saying 1 before and this your second car adding the liquid too? Whats with alll the nonsense numbers

@@mobmob5944 didn’t mean to confused you so here we go again. 1 - I put it in a Ram truck diesel over 3 years ago 2. I put it in Range Rover Evoque in December 2022 and last but not lease 3. I put it in another Range Rover Evoque in January 2023 and so far so good 😊 good luck 🍀

It worked for about 2 months (had to use an entire bottle), but leak came back.

I did use a second bottle but within two or three days, but it has been 11 months and no problems.

garbage. Only a temporary fix. If your heater core is leaking this product will thicken the coolant and possibly seal only small leaks. BUT, what that does is then make your coolant too thick and clog it somewhere else. Like, radiator, hoses, thermostat. This is a hack temporary fix. Dont use it.
