Businesses often have a window of opportunity; if there was a sunset on the baseball souvenir company, so be it. Marcus was far too kind to these people who, per some other commenters, took advantage of his largesse.

Remember this is a scripted TV show, not a documentary. Of course CNBC is going to make him look like the greatest thing since sliced bread. If you look online, there's a whole slew of lawsuits he's fighting related to this show, because of his actions once the cameras are turned off.

@@LuckyBaldwin777 that is true but at the same time there are always two sides to everything. I actually spent a lot of time researching the lawsuits and I can tell you lawyers love to embellish and depict their clients as angels. Im not saying Mr. Lemonis is a saint but it seems that those who sue are always looking for either handouts or a free ride. Either way I agree with your general sentiment. You really cant believe what you see on reality tv.

@@adiw888 That's true. Both sides embellish and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. What surprised me the most is that the TV deals are just theater. The check gets returned and the real deal is negotiated after the cameras are turned off.

In truth the check is just a prop but consider this if the business is failing and they usually call Mr Lemonis when the business is doing terribly would you want to give any money to someone like that? Usually the money is spent on renovations and for helping turnaround the business but it is 100% for television. I used to think some people can turnaround any business but yes reality tv is a waste of time.

in my restaurant all my food from sysco i 👌 keep it on my walkin 😎 cooler i never keep so the food can keep at room temperature thats how we cook it our customers love it
