When I was pulled over last, I gave them my license and insurance card through my cracked window and refused to answer questions. They asked if my dog in the truck was mine and if he was vaccinated. They gave up after they realized iwould not answer I kept silent after saying I'm not answering any questions so don't bother asking.

It's the dispatchers fault for giving the wrong info, not the cops who were responding to the scene, the cops had no idea what they were going to encounter being black or white !

Personally I am not making any judgement as to the motive of the cop, race influenced or not , it appears the courts did that , however in terms of violence , pointing guns at someone qualifies as a use of deadly force, and searching his car without permission or a warrant is a violation of his 4th amendment rights, which I as well as the supreme court view as abuse.
