In this video I use ServiceNow's Knowledge API to provide an example of how to take custom indexed content from a system and provide it back to Generative Answers in Copilot Studio to generate responses over any custom indexed content with an API. This one is a little more technical than most of my videos, but is really shows how powerful the new PVA capabilities truly are.

Thank you Dewain. This is really awesome. Just wanted to know if there is way this can search multiple knowledge articles. Right now, it is expecting the exact title of the article as query

Great Video Dewain. is it possible to apply user personas as part of searching articles ? and article search is Microsoft search or Service Now search ? and where are we passing field or column that we indexing ?

Hi Dewain, Really appreciate this awesome tutorial. This helped me a lot. the trick with the rest API URL fixed my headache. My problem now is that it is searching the whole knowledge base for the answer which is not ideal in some cases.. Can you share some tips on how I can limit its database to just one knowledge base?

You can do it with the advanced fields on the connector... look at this api reference on what to put into the kb field: developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/reference/api/utah/rest/knowledge-management-api
