with 3 different type of material i.e. Plastic roll ; HDPE Cloth ; Hessian Cloth adding layer to the product.Product is packed in a manner which helps in preserving its quality and catering our customer concern for scratches ; dents ; Loosing of packaging ; wear & tear and any other damages that may occur during transit.
Process
Copper Busbar ( With Radius) [ Also called as Copper Capsule ] is first wrap with plastic layer to protect the surface from any kind of harm which may occur when the consumer open the packing for later use and also to preserve shine & quality of the product . The second layer is wrapped with HDPE Cloth to protect the material from any kind of scratches,dents or any other external damage. The third layer is plastic wrapping on both end of the material for extra protection to the corners . The forth layer is of Hessian Cloth is added to protect the material from any unforeseen damage such as wear & tear of packaging during transit . The fifth layer is an addition protection layer of plastic to protect the material & to satisfy our customer need by delivering the best quality similar to the time of production.
We also have IACS testing machine for our consumer who want to check the conductivity of the material before purchasing the material from us .
