Hate modern day copper slip, an haven’t used it for 20 years as it simply doesn’t work as an anti seize compound, I prefer to use lithium grease or similar products. U MUST be careful using grease on bolt/ nut threads, because of the slip it creates (less friction) u actually increase the torque tenfold
How come you even bothered with the inboard bolt? There's usually enough movement on the inner bush to lower the arm to get the spring out without slackening the bolt
