Anyone can be a Constitutional law scholar. It's written public document and so are the Amendments. Maybe if more people knew their rights and insisted on exercising them the police would be a much more effective institution. We literally have law enforcement who don't even know what the Constitution states.and the oath they took to uphold it was just some words they recited to get the job. That's a huge problem.

The cops always get pissed when you say "I'm your boss". They hate that FACT that they work for the people you've taken an oath to protect. The police are SUPPOSED to be public servants. But now days they're public tyrants,their answer for everything is jail and if they have to pull one of the 4 weapons they have they go to the one that's going to kill you 1st & not as a last means. And the police always say "why are u so nervous"? And all I can think of is how many people has this person killed and got away with it. That would be the perfect job for a serial killer. They'll never be prosecuted for the murders they've done and theyll take an innocent person to jail for the rest of their lives & they'll never lose sleep over ruining peoples lives.

It's pretty reasonable for someone to ask for a few feet of personal space, especially after backing up. At some point, it becomes intimidation and harassment.

I am actually hopeful that at least one of those cops will begin to see one or more of the issues that you clearly articulated to them, like treating everyone like a criminal, the degrading painful cuffs during a detention supposedly for their safety, the small cramped back seat of patrol cars, their unjustified intimidation tactics, and on and on. She’s a good soul she has a good heart, the one wearing the robe. I’m not she’s having a break and I would have a mental breakdown for this which feels like a lot of times godforsaken earth. You’re so much evil, the police department escalates that evil and how they’re brainwashed this is OK behavior, arresting, innocent people, and then beating them up and such it’s tough. This is all on video. There’s so many stores when you get behind those close doors, you’re toast because they get to do whatever they want to you and they’ll claim that you have resisted arrest that you tried to break at a jail whatever it takes even when they take your life and then they’ve got this camaraderie of not telling on each other what they do to prisoners that’s mental health gone bad

Cop's are the biggest gang in the world not long ago me and my brother got snatched out of are car why the car was still rolling one of the police started pistol whipping my brother all in the back of his head why the car was still rolling and got me and 3 of them stomped me all in the back of the head why I was laying down and the car rolled and hit there's and they gave US a ticket for it and they let us go because they sead they was looking for someone that's why they did that but yea we was let go after they beat us up for nothing at all....come to find out they was looking for someone else and was like u know why we did this we sead hel* no just crazy and we was let go after they did all that to us I have 0 respect for any cop just a bunch of tyrants 🤬🤬😡
Your presence there helps keep her alive a little bit longer when somebody knows that somebody’s been arrested there are other people out there that try to keep an eye on this stuff to make them a more accountable in case they get put in the rib cage in definitely there are people who try to keep tabs on The people being abused in the jails.
And I just got to say that was a damn good job he did there bro. Not one not two but three officer of no laws got in your face and tried to shove you out of there and you stood your ground and he made them back down and eventually do the walk of shame. You're a big guy, that makes it maybe a little easier but still it takes stones of steel to stand in front of guys with guns and Billy clubs and maze with less than a high school education most of the time frequently former military guys who are trained to shoot first and ask questions later, and back them down and make them do that walk. And keep on doing what you're doing, I hugely appreciate it, I've been there I've done that, it didn't work out super great for me, but I definitely bothered the system to the point where they will remember the day they tangled with me.

It's not just that the cops tend to overtighten them, but that they put them on and restrain you at all. I was cuffed and stuffed by an idiot of the Greenville county sheriff's department in South Carolina at the end of 2018, and they put me in the backseat of the squad car while they rifled through my belongings in my car without a warrant, and they pulled the seat belt back really tight on me and it would never loosen up. He hauls me off to the jail which was about a half hour drive, and the whole time it was like you were trying to do leg lifts or a sit up if you know what I mean, with the restraint pulled against your shoulder in such a way that it was torquing my hands behind my back causing the torture cuffs to dig into and rip my skin open on my hand. I begged this idiot of no law pleas to pull over and loosen the restraint and he refused. This was what we call an eighth amendment constitutional violation. That is torture unreasonable and excess use of force. I was at the time helpless and at his mercy and he refused to help me. But the point is valid that even if the skin isn't broken, even if the body isn't bruised, the restraint remains unlawful and torture.

I am a subscriber and have learned much from your videos and I thank you for that Like policeman or anyone we can be and are wrong sometimes. We make judgement about people without knowing, only thinking we know. Your observation about the woman who claimed she is a shaman and she needs psychiatric help was uncalled for. Do you know anything about shamanism? All I can say is that other than having a different world view than you do she came across to me as a someone who knows more about the totality of life than you do. You did with her, by judging her exactly what you are trying to stop the police from doing to the rest of us.
