they stopped the entire storyline because the headaches were originally planned to become a tumor on his brain so they were gonna kill reid off but then the producers took a liking to matthew
@@lizkid6313 Yes even at the start of season one there is just something about his hair that awakened the hairdresser inside of me that what's to run my fingers though his hair and play with it and theres something about him that naje ne just what to hug him. It's weird I know but I'm weird if nothing else.
Theresasaurus - Rex me too , I mean they mention it like a few times in season 6 once in season 7.....I think and then once in season 8 and then that was it.
I hate how it's been a whole season and they haven't brought up Reid's headaches at all anymore. I don't want him to be schizophrenic or anything but I just want an explanation as to what happened. Did they just stop or?
@@_LynnleeEnnis04 same. They keep saying it’s because i don’t sleep, i use my phone to much, i dont est breakfast, i stress to much and more but i mean i cant reslly rox sll of that overnight. Even when i sleep. Im also anemic and need iron
that's because his is probably a migraine and the pain is usually directly behind your eyes in that area. Different headaches in different places usually mean different things.
At least in my experience migraine often lead to a sensitivity towards light and loud sounds. And the pain is directly behind the eyes if not nearing the bridge of the nose. I would guess what Reid is experiencing are migraines as they tend to last for long periods of time (days to weeks).
I found this more realistic, when I get headaches there must be nerves or blood vessels or something that if you press them it eases your headache, and I always find it's on the brow of the eye or sometimes almost in between the eye and the brow bone.
Something about this episode was very paranomal. He had visions that came with the headache. Visions that came out to be the truth. So read is not only a genius in his craft but a pyschic in a way.
I had one for my migrane and for my spine. I agree with Spencer on this one. Having to lie through an MRI clicking and wurring while your head is pounding and blaring is an excruciating pain I never want to experience ever again. It was awful- someone with chronic migranes. Currently have one 😭🤣🤣
look up the religion Ifa And Babalawos... and then watch the full episode.. and you get a better grip on it...Spencer even wears the bracelet for a couple more episodes... and they think he's crazy, because as soon as he got Orulahs Ide (green nd yellow bracelet) his Headaches stopped... I think Not, jus the Power of the Orishas...

This is my favourite episode! I was waiting for it almost a month and when i watched it i was very concerned about him-if he is schitzophrenic, if he leaves BAU..no more Reid :X:X:X:X no no no :X But then everything was okay!
I was wondering the same thing. They should really return to this issue next season since they seem to have forgotten about it is season 7, but it was so important in season 6.
Ik!!! I feel so bad. My poor baby :( It's always horrible to see Spencer like this because he's so young and he's very fragile sometimes. He's also one of the best characters i've ever known, so it pains me to see him like this.
Yeah. i want to know more about it, but I would hate it if he left the team because his mind was splitting. I would prefer it if he was able to get some sort of medical peace of mind concerning why he was having such intense headaches in the first place.
The writters really did the weirdest thing with seaver, on one side they clearly were trying to pair her with reid...but on the other they wrote their interactions so badly they had 0 chemistry from writting only. Like here, she notices there is something wrong with him but then, she approaches him and instead of saying somethinh trying to check on him or find out what is wrong...she is just kind of rude. It didn't make any sense because when she gets up it looks like she wants to chek on him but then she turns rude all of a sudden like she really only was there to get coffe. I feel bad for seaver's actress, the writers did her dirty and made the fans hate her character.
I started watching criminal minds a few years ago but i stopped because it steadily started to freak me out (u know like how medical series make u think u are seriously ill every time pu have a cough or smth), but if i ever got to watch it again, it would be for reid
imagine being able to just stop watching a show- but i actually shouldn’t be watching criminal minds bc every time i hear something i think it’s a murderer it’s getting unhealthy :)
Are you kidding? I love seeing him so unsettled~ It makes him that much more lovable to me- torturing him makes him that much cooler- especially mentally! :D Seriously, it's rather boring when he's got it easy, lol. Love the video by the way, compiling all of Reid's mental issues in one convenient clip is absolutely lovely~
HE IS SOOO HOT IN PAIN!!! This makes sense because I get migraines and when I do I am throwing up and crying for it to go away, but he handled them sooo well. And yah, I know it is just acting, ok?
