This Core 12 Person cabin tent is great. It is very easy to set up. It is also extremely large & would definitely fit 12 people if you didn't have air mattresses.
Having squared-off walls and a high ceiling is what sets this Core camping tent apart from dome-style tents. The additional dividers to create three spaces are a nice touch as well. Easily fits 3 queen air mattresses.
Now what pleasantly surprised me was the large tent bag: For some reason, other tent mugs seem to make these tent bags that require you to engineer the most efficient possible folding process just to get the damn thing back in the bag. that makes sense if you are backpacking but it is dumbfounding for a large family car camping tent.
Anyway, this Core Equipment instant cabin tent comes with a bag that fits everything without spending 30 minutes perfecting your tent origami skills. It was pretty exciting!
Despite the high humidity & winds, we experienced no condensation. Nice and dry! This Core Equipment 12 person instant cabin tent is by far the best family tent and I highly recommend it.
