Looks like you have the same problem I have with Iron Man and Ironheart: remembering to add the extra hit points after you play their tech upgrades. 😅 Thanks for another great playthru.

thank you for the playthrough; this villain setup always makes me doubt... and this is actually a good example to explain: when you discard at setup, looking for the minion, you drew your obligation card first; however the RRG says that you shuffle the set aside cards in after setup, so the obligation card shouldn't have been in the deck yet (I think?)... what is the correct way to play this? and should the discarded cards also be shuffled back into the encounter deck? (I suppose not, but it's still not clear to me)

Correct. In the setup rules it tells you to perform all the villain setup and the when revealed and scheme. Then shuffle in your obligation - in the end though it’s just about having fun :)
