I'm joined by my dear friend Heather in the kitchen to make a corn dip appetizer. Our friend Laura graciously shared her recipe with us, and you'll never guess the secret ingredient: blueberries!

I first tasted Mikes Hot honey on a charcuterie board at my sons. Now I can't live without it! This dip looks amazing. Yes... the secret ingredient is totally unexpected! The presentation is beautiful, fresh and summery.

It's for the corn mixture! Mix the lime juice in with all the other ingredients before adding to the final dish.
