Corn Muffin
✔️Ingredients
1 whole large egg [60 grams]
1 cup white sugar [200 grams]
1 cup fresh milk [240 ml]
1/4 cup melted butter [60 ml] (or cooking oil instead)
1 tsp vanilla extract [5 ml]
2 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour [340 grams]
1 tbsp baking powder [4 grams]
1/4 tsp salt (skip salt if using salted butter)
1 cup cream corn [280 grams] (store bought cream style corn kernel in can)
*yellow food coloring (optional)

I tried your recipe… I did not have creamed corn…. So I put two small cans of white corn in a blender. It came out really good! Tasty and perfectly baked to a golden brown . Thank you for sharing.

Your instructions did not clarify whether this was Canned Creamed Corn ( drained or Not ) or if you made Fresh Creamed corn for this recipe .....Could you tell us please ....Coz I do want to make these coz they do look soooo good & would be even better for dinner with a pat of butter while still hot from the oven .....Yummy............. 😋😋😋👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳🤗🤗🤗❤😊😊😊

@@YeastMode Yes thanks I see the CAN in description now , But , it still doesn't say whether you Drained the liquid off or not ... So do I put the Cream Corn in As Is or do I Drain the liquid first ??? THANKS ....
