Best thing to use afterwards for comfort is an eye mask that can be put in a freezer. Definitely helped me both times. Just had it done last Tuesday and before in July 2022. When the pain started afterwards I was like “wow it’s exactly how I remember it” 😅. Glad to not worry about my vision degenerating any longer. And can’t wait to wear contacts again haha!

Have my CXL next week for my left eye , done right last year and was painful as you described the first night , then it was more manageable. want to try cold eyes pad but worried to press against the eye at all after the procedure, any advise 9

it's was more annoying than painful in my opinion like my eye was full of sand scratching on my eyeball.

its been 4 hours since my crosslinking for my right eye and right now i am dying of holy shit...it feels like my eye is on fire😢
