Cornhole Scenario Bags are expensive right now because of supply and demand. Vivian who owns the company and makes most of the bags herself recently just hired some new employees to start helping her because she doesn't like to see people flip them for 2 or 3 times the money. She had been making the bags herself for awhile now because she thrives on trying to make the best quality bags out there. It was hard for her to put faith in other people to make the bags because it sounds like she is very detail oriented and thrives on making sure every stitch of the bag is of the highest quality. I throw cats myself and they are by far the most hole friendly bags in my opinion. I suggest watching some cornhole scenario bag reviews on RU-vid and you'll see why a lot of people like them. But to answer your question, that is why they are high on secondary markets. Everyone wants a set and the people that have sets want double or triple the money if they are going to sell.

The overall bag craze is insane and laughable. Practice regularly. Learn to throw a slick slide bag in on a slick board, and after that you can learn anything else. Its a game of muscle memory and then a mental game. Yes, bags do make a difference. But if you cant throw 2/4 in regularly, the type of bag won't matter anyway.

Some bag are discontinued and some are rare and limited edition such as color ways to so some times prices can go up

Just like any sport. There's fanatics that want the best amd most rare. CS and 724s are made in small batch drops. So they're hard to get. And that drives the price up because they aren't readily in stock and you can't just buy them off the shelf like some larger companies. As fas as being better? That's questionable. Most of the really expensive bags are handmade really well but they are using same materials as other cheaper bags. Mostly the people who pay the high prices want to be part of the elite few that get their hands on these bags. Stuff like vipers are common, but the older series vipers from a few years ago are rare so they cost more. The more rare, typically the more expensive, so long as they are a sought after bag. Similar to yeezy and Jordan retro shoes. The company could make a crap ton of them, but then the market would be saturated with them and drive prices down. So they release them in small batch drops to keep the interest and demand high, thus the higher second hand prices.

I OWN 4 sets of Cats. I love Em" and play with them on tournament play 2x a week. The reason the prices are high is because it's Supply and demand but it's because of the quality and build of the bags. CATS bags just feels so right in your hands whenever you throw. Sometimes I still throw other players bags when playing but most of the time when I ask wather they want to use there bags or my Cats? IT always 100% Cats. And thr reason why? CATS RULE.... SURE FIRES ARE IN MY BAG AS WELL But Cats are my primary. Anyone that tells you different about Cat bags? They'll learn sooner or later. LoL

I’ll stick with my $60 Vengeance. My honest opinion is this. Jamie Graham was the number 1 player up until a few days ago, and he plays $60 Fire bags. Erick Davis, 18 year old stud plays $60 Fire bags. The GOAT Matt Day plays $60 Fire bags. I would think if the bags are that good that they have to sell for over $200 used, wouldn’t the best players be throwing them? Like I said, that’s my opinion.

Are CAT bags good? Yes!! Will they make you a better player? No! They use the same fabric as everyone other maker out there. One thing I give them credit for are their designs..they do have cool looking bags even though they can be confusing when you have the same Mongoose on 5 different type of bags or the Eagle for example. Go look at B3 Cornhole and his Bag Surgery YT video on CAT bags... Their bags are the most expensive at Retail of $150 and good luck getting anything off their site...Unless you have an account already made on their site, and your credit card on file or Apple Pay..you will NEVER get a drop as it is almost impossible! A drop of a 100 bags will sell out in 30 seconds! You may get bag in your cart, but as soon as you check out to put in your info and Credit Card...your cart will say Sold Out! This is why the resale market sells them for double or tripple...those people are more or less scalpers though there are plenty who will get so call bags and use them as leverage for trade on a cat they really want. But also being they look really cool, you do have your beanie baby collectors as I call them. They want every design that they can. I saw someone who have over $2500 in retail CAT bags...Thats 15 to 16 sets of CS Bags!!! If you haven't by now, join the FB group Team Scenario..But I recommend you do not post in there or tread very lightly on what you say...You are dealing with fanatic fans in there who trade, sell and just show off their collections :). But you need to be in that group if you want to hear any new and catch any potential drops. If rarely or if ever seen anyone selling CAT bags who actually play..it's always new or thrown once down and back. I want a set of Panthers...but I REFUSE to pay more than what is on their site. 2023 will be interesting cause ACL has new Tier system for bag makers and now bag makers have to put out so many bags a month now! Tier 1 - Min Capacity of 500 sets of 4 per week. I would assume CS is in Tier 1 as they are a top bag maker... You are better trying to get into one of the raffles at $10 to $20 and win a set...Those guys that run it make about $500 on a set of CATs and it is easier to do than trying to sell for $500.
