This Cornmeal Porridge is so absolutely delicious!! It's rich, creamy, smooth and healthy! Quite comforting
Ingredients
1-2 cups cornmeal
4-8 cups boiling water
2 cups water for mixing
3 bay leaves or 2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 cup vanilla lasco (optional)
1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Pinch of grated nut meg
Condense milk and sugar to sweeten.
