I've been skipping off and on for a few years, but never paid much attention to my technique. I'm glad I found this video and your site, and now after recently turning 50, I've followed your posture instructions and now I'm skipping like I've never done before and getting so much more benefit from it. I’m surprised how come u guy’s have low number of subscribers becoz u guy’s are doing a wonderful job and shd he appreciated with a million plus subscribers!
Thank you for the kind words. It would be nice to have more subscribers but we try not to worry too much about the numbers. We just hope that the people we reach, however large or small the number, benefit in some way from our tutorials.
Which posture is better for skipping, BALANCED POSTURE(neutral lordotic lower back&neutral pelvic tilt) or FLAT BACK POSTURE(flat lower back&posterior pelvic tilt)???
@@김흥진-l7l Well there needs to be a little tension to generate power, but you want to avoid excessive tension. There's a delicate balance...like yin and yang.
