This video is much more informative and fun than sitting in class and repeating the actions over and over. My first examination with the nurse evaluator I made some mistakes, my conscience alerted me, and I corrected myself. But I still failed because I did not narrate the other care plans. As a CNA instructor I have enjoyed your videos as they are a wonderful resource of repeating education and lets my students understand and see many times over after class what's expected on their state testing day.
No. The NAEs don't even have that information. They don't know what school you attended, if you are challenging (in Florida), if you are a lapsed CNA or if you trained at a specific facility (unless you are testing IN that facility). They judge everyone equally, using the same checklist. Hope this helps!
