The gopher/woodchuck casting story is the kind of content that keeps me coming back here. 😂 Please tell me Seth’s family is going to do a special corrections episode for Thanksgiving!!!

We NEED that joke that Seth couldn’t finish about “walking through the office” 🤣

Seth was extra-slappy in this episode, and it's contagious! It's 3:55am EDT and I'm cackling out loud trying not to wake up my boyfriend. 😁

Oh my God, when it got to the line about the gopher being Mormon, I freaking LOST it. 😂 And then when he said he’d told a lot of people he was gonna be on that night..oh my God. SO good!!! 😅

I love that Seth’s hair keeps getting closer and closer to comic-accurate Wolverine.

Watching Seth trying to contain his laughter is gut bursting hilarity.

Hearing a person make fun of the audience size not realizing that there is no audience and that's just the crew laughing. 🤣🤣

Seth and John Oliver are my favorites. It's the silliness they bring into it.

I must say, the "Watch out for his teeth!" line was delivered perfectly!

What's better than Corrections? Seth breaking during corrections. ✨

As a wildlife lover, the gopher/woodchuck bit had me in stitches. “I told everyone I would be on”, so the gopher photo remains. Seth, you and your writers are killing it.

i've been watching closer look for years, and corrections since it started. Watching seth crack yourself up singing autotuned cheer up sleepy jean was the first time he has ever made me laugh out loud. Great show.

Let us know before you take off for a break. For millions of seniors, you are like a good friend, and we miss you when you are gone. It feels like my son had to cancel a visit with me. It is very lonely when all the late-night comedians go on break at the same time. For some, our only friends are on TV. Sad, but true.

My favorite moments are often when Seth cracks up. This goes back to SNL days, and the amount of joy I get from Seth clearly having a great time has increased so much over the last three years. This is one of my favorite corrections for some time.

As a fan in Australia, I have no idea if Corrections makes it into the TV show, but by golly it's my favourite part of the show. Watching Seth lose it is just gorgeous, and watching him brought to tears trying to play it straight is an inspiration to us all.

CPR instructor here: DO the breaths! Compression-only a CPR is an option, but Red Cross very clearly says that both compressions and breaths will give the person in cardiac arrest the best chance for survival

I am SO flattered to hear your awesome producer acknowledged us Jackals. Also the non-oral CPR is mostly because people are repelled to do mouth-to-mouth with random dying strangers, and it’s better people willingly break ribs than avoiding exchanging spit. Also, I take umbrage with any lowdown varmit who denigrates Corrections.

Seth, I love Corrections, bought 2 mugs, and I absolutely loved it when you lost it after the line "look out for his teeth." Not sure if it was that, or the next bit about "the whole rest of the week, *snort* every time I walked in the office", but I was laughing right along with you and really needed it, so thank you! Not being a sports person, I am thinking Mets is baseball, Jets is football? Technically, there is a "lightning" sound effect, there can be crackling or a loud crack and then the thunder follows closely behind, because it just hit your car or house.. Oh my gosh you just kept getting better the longer I watched! I really wish I had been there in person, that had to be so much fun! Amazing painting of you! Such talent! Lightning sound effect is thunder. Lightning makes a sound and that sound is called thunder.

I'm so glad he caught my correction on the Charleston chew! this is the first corrections episode I've watched. that was a great solution for it seth, I did consider that it could have been a dandy born in the 19th century, but was an adult in the 1920s, but I felt like that was stretching it too much, and then remember that I've just spent an inordinate amount of time analyzing a joke from a late night talk show when I could be doing some productive, and then I muse on how fast time passes, and worry that I haven't accomplished anything of true intrinsic value, then suddenly I'm getting old, pondering what it all means, and is this all there is? did I lead a good life? as my ruminations end I'm emotionally exhausted and I get sad and wistful, and a little hungry for some caramel...so joke's on me I guess! thanks for making me confront the abyss and reflect on the inherent meaninglessness of life, Seth! btw I did like the joke, any reference to the 1800s is gold in my book (sincerely)

I finally read the note! Since corrections started I have never been able to catch the back of the notes held up at the end. I watch corrections on my phone and I'm too lazy to get out my laptop to view it. At one point I tried looking on the internet in the hopes that someone made a wiki list of all the notes. It's been a big mystery for a very long time, but I've not had enough passion to seek answers beyond just googling it once. But now that I've read one, I feel like I can accomplish anything!

As a member of the Church, that mormon joke was spot on 👌 thats how you make fun of us accurately and respectfully. A lot of zingers today, great stuff as always 😂

I always enjoy Corrections, have loved The Monkees my whole life, and studied ancient linguistics... So this episode is especially amazing for me. After mentioning Mike's mom's invention, then making the joke about Micky's "mom," and playing a song with a Davy lead vocal, I turned to my fiance and said "now they just need some Peter reference." So imagine how pleased I was when the call back to both New York and Thorn jokes resulted in the joke "New Thork." I got very excited at this, claiming it as the eventual Peter reference, as before he went by Tork in his musical career, he was born Peter Thorkelson. My fiance says it's a stretch...
