What does wax the blade do? What Wax? Is waxing necessary for cutting action ? Or tree aftercare?

i was thinking it makes the blade slicker so it's easier for cut, after a point gravity starts wading on the tree so the blade can get stuck, and wax makes it so you can keep going, at least that's what i think, i'm no pro tho

@@PhotographerakaMr The wax is a combination of orange oil and beeswax. The wax is naturally anti-fungal and bugs are repelled. He talks about it in other videos, but I can't remember which now.
