Covariance is 54.68 taking sample variance (i.e. N-1)

To The Point and highly accurate Thank you ! But I am confused about a part If covariance or Correlation are "POSITIVE +VE" Between Two Variable V1 and V2 does that mean Both move in same Direction i.e. (Both variable move in +VE direction or -VE direction) OR It means Both Move in ONLY Positive Direction

If the cov or corr value is showing +ve, it means the two variables move in positive direction. Change in one variable is positively affecting the other one.
