Mr Opono Ofwono I was there in Mpenja Ggombolola headquarters witnessing the dead bodies inside the forest called Kasoli we Ggomba with late Hon PK Ssemogerere former minister of internal affairs after the fall of Apollo Milton Obote's regime in 1985
Corruption in Uganda is institutionalised with all institutions(political, religious, cultural, educational, judicial) culpable. The only way forward is an total overhaul of the regime straight from the executive to the lowest village leaders, the examples of Magufuli's policies, Lee Kuan Yew's policies should be integrated into our own local social fabric starting from the smallest unit of family.
Museveni is playing politics, he himself admitted that he knows the big corrupt officials but he encouraged them to invest the funds in Uganda.I believe he's trying to win the hearts of people with the drama but he has no intentions of fighting corruption. He recently approved a budget that he claimed that it was exaggerated ,why did he sign yet he knew it was exaggerated, not to talk of the contradicting figures and the delays in parliament on the day of reading the budget. God protect us from this evil
It's tax payers money what do think people I'll say being that ur not working in a business company which something to sell get profit & pay you. This is tax payers money.
He has no good will to fight corruption bcoz, most of the corrupt are rewarding themselves for successfully stealing for him. Therefore, a thief is catching a fellow thief.
Hon. Dombo please there is big difference between corruption and tip , corruption is when person bribe someone to do for him or her any work in the favor of something in return, while tip is given to anyone without any service rendered too.
Was the parliament good in the front of the public mbuuza gwe Ssemujju, parliament mpuku yababbi president waffe Kyagulanyi bweyalaba biri bwebiti kyava yabivaamu dda nasalawo avuganye
POINT BLANK CEO OF CORRUPTION NRM7 HIMSELF IS PLAYING POLITICS NOT FIGHTING HE'S THE MENTOR OF CORRUPTERS. H.E KYAGULANYI HAS SET A STANDARD EXAMPLE IN FIGHTING CORRUPTION..it all started with Mpuga @NUP
Parliament places itself in difficult situations. For instance, on the matter of the environment, why should parliament be the investigating arm? What expertise do they poses?
Hon.Matembe I reme mber when you were a minister of ethics and integrity you were asked why there is a high corruption in the country you replied by saying that corruption is every where even in America you even an example of someone who has a big plantation of matooke and another with a small plantation compairing Uganda to America that if a thief steals 10 bunches from a big plantation the owner may not know yet if he steals only 1 from a small plantation will be easily noticed.how comes during that time you were supporting corruption and now it's different is it because now you are not eating?
When it means fighting corruption, Anita Among could have been in jail. The so called Muhwezi, Mukula, Nabbanja, Alupo and more others could be in jail.
The problem is the speaker cozi just a flash back in the past 3 regimes of the outgone speakers hv u ever had these snarials it's simple they put a wrong person in a wrong position.
You tip your own money from your sweat, when you sell goat cows, crops or salary, not public money from illegal allocations, the money in national coffers are for Ugandans.. not M7, Among or Tayebwa, it is tax payer's money.
