cheers~ still looking to buy one of these as a replacement exhaust fan since im deseprate but i wont bother with all the extreem cosrair specific rgb problems until i do a rebuild later this year hahaha. thanks for a quality review all these years later

Hi.. Can I use LL120 and QL120 fans in the same build. I want to replace my AIO fans with LL120 whites on top as exhaust and a single LL120 white at rear as exhaust. For, side and bottom intakes, I want to use QL120 white fans (6 fans). Will it be possible and can rgb sync be achieved?

I have QL120 fans but i haven't used them yet, will be able to tell you in a month. They do use different lighting hubs, the LL120 use lighting node pro, while the QL120 uses lighting commander pro or something.

Yes, I could do that. Though, they kind of suck, and the RGB hub and it's effects are pretty bad, and without ASUS Aura support, it would have been really difficult to use it. I also won't have any performance numbers, so don't know if people would be interested in something like that.

you can buy another led hub because the lighting node pro has 2 ports for 2 led hubs. Sorry im half a year late lmao

It's exhaust, but I go for aesthetics over performance, a more efficient setup will be to mount AIO on top, and have the side panel fans as intake.

No, these only connect to the corsair rgb hub, they don't have a standard 3 pin argb header.

Asus is best, and has the best VRMs. MSI card i have gets noisy on load.

@@TechReflex isn't zotac the best as suggested by many i am too confused Some people say asus is a little bit behind the others in specs Some people say msi has best performance but then there are very bad reviews on amazon about x trio that it dies after some days(has your trio shown some defect). Some say aorus is the best (+i like its cool design) this is so confusing.

There isn't a big difference between these cards, there's a video by Buildzoid where he explains why Asus is the best. I have also been using MSI on my older PCs and none of the cards died. Gigabyte also makes great cards. Though, Zotac is definitely not the best among all. Beterrn Asus, MSI, Gigabyte you can go with any brand. Though, as I said, my MSI card gets noisy for no reason.

You should really try out the NZXT Aer 2 RGB Fans along w/ Hue 2 kit. The Aer 2 Fans looks and performs much better than these Corsair ones. Costs almost the same.

I checked them out, not a fan of the non circular ring design. Though, aesthetics are subjective, and I am sure some people will find them to be better looking. Deepcool also makes very unique looking fans if you want something different.
