In today’s video, I met up with Corvette C7 Z06 to Race against my 2022 Charger Hellcat and the outcome was very surprising. Remember The C7 Z06 has 650hp weighing 3500lbs while the Hellcat has 717hp but weighing 4600lbs. Huge weight difference between the two. Later in the night, i met up with a Corvette C8 and a bunch of Hellcats. We went to mexico and raced all night long. This video is full of racing, from start to end! Hope you enjoy!

Great vid. The Hellcats are monsters and they make an amazing noise, but the Vettes know how to eat. You gave them the advantage on those pulls, but it is clear it wouldn't have mattered. Great example of what having that engine weight closer to the rear wheels can do.

I am a diehard Vette man, owning a Procharged - cammed C6 GS myself, But if Dodge ever figures out how to lose about 5-600 lbs, Chevy and Ford wont sell another car. Awesome video and awesome cars. Your guy in the Hellcat should have known better than to give the C8 the hit. Power to weight and it's rear engine= traction, makes a huge difference, as he found out. LOL My friend just bought a C7 Z06 and you're gonna love it. Fast stock but responds to mods very well.

C8 vs a Hellcat....a tactician vs a brawler. I heard that guy say it was 52 degrees; you can forget about a HC hooking at that temperature especially with summer performance tires. I owned a 16 and now a Redeye Widebody. All that 90 extra hp did was make things worse. I'll run right with your C8; even pull you a little from 100mph on, but 0-60 you'll train ride my ass on the street. On a prepped track with drag radials, it'll be a bit more even. 1000 pounds lighter and mid-engine weight distribution makes the C8 a formidable competitor. Too bad Dodge doesn't have something similar. Only problem with a C8 is buying one for even close to a reasonable price - if you can get one at all.

I have both and this is what I expected to see. Now If you rolled say 60-130 the hellcats going to win. These hellcats need a good tire and a 60mph roll to have a chance at traction, then the 700+ hp shows who's boss lol. These C8's are just stupid quick from a dig though, not many cars on the street can match them.

I’ve seen stock zo6s beat or are neck and neck with redeyes. It’s crazy how the weight plays a difference. That zr1 is insane but is expensive asf an is hard to find.I traded my hellcat in for a zo6 I just wish it had a little bit more power atleast 700 ho and 700 torque .

I used to work for Roush I’ve driven the Bronco Raptor over 100 times. It’s not worth it. The Baja mode doesn’t sound anything like a F150 it’s not really that fast Also I one time got it to 7.6 MPG 😂 and it’s a 3.0 V6 😂. He should just get a F150 Raptor instead

Because they know the C8 will Gap the Hellcat bad. So in order for the Hellcat to have the advantage it needs a 50 or 60 roll. So us C8 owners are in a tug of war match with Hellcat.

I love my dodge but even under perfect conditions the hellcat never stood a chance against the Z06. That thing is doing sub 3 second 0 to 60. It's a race car vs a road beast. Total mismatch.

You don’t need a tune, obviously it would help you run better… I put a jlt intake on my charger, trackhawk, and Durango HC and never had a difference in the performance except louder super charger noise and higher iat’s on hot days
