Beth, you are wonderful! I love how real you are, and I don't think you'll ever become a "grumpy, sour, old lady." Regarding derma rolling, I can't believe I used to use 1.0 mm needles on my face (that was about 12 years ago). I only did it once every couple of months, but I'm so glad I didn't get any scarring. I've been using the .3 mm needles lately, and I love that there is a lot less pain and irritation. I love your "I follow Christ" engraving on your bracelet. I do too. Have a great week!❤

Beth, I so appreciate how detailed and thoughtful you are. I would love to know how to derma roll other areas, including the belly. I donated a kidney and no, they didn't give me a tummy tuck lol. My tummy has looked like the face of a cabbage patch doll since. That was in 2011 and I'd love to try this.

Hi Beth, lately, derma rolling has fallen out of favor with most dermatologist and aestheticians… Because of the angle it which it exits and enters the skin surface.… Micro needling with a pen or stamper is much more recommended because it enters and exits the skin in a straight line. I used to love the convenience of the derma roller, and I never had any issues with it regarding scarring or infection etc. But it is just something to think about or at least investigate a little further :-) I wouldn’t think it matters much at the .25 needle length, but the longer needles are the ones to be concerned about. Anyway love your videos just thought I would mention that with a background in skin care…❤️
I've been using a .25 mm microneedle kit for 7 months now, however I only do it once a month on face, neck, upper arms & upper legs. Afterwards I apply a good Hyaluronic acid serum & I've noticed some improvements in my skin. Sorry your phone call was frustrating...I call those kind of days my Charlie Brown days because it feels like I'm being picked on by life. Keep the faith Beth!

On the Doctorly videos, the two Dermatologists discuss this & the dangers of using it at home. Personally, I don’t use the actual needle rollers. I use the Medicube Age- R , Air Shot. It’s a device that does what the roller does , but without the needles. They explained It in the Beauty Within video- Porefect skin, using skin tools featuring Medicube.

I started derma rolling three weeks ago using .25 roller. I just heard the term "cosmetic" and "medical" derma rolling and cosmetic is .25 or .3 depth needles and medical is .5 needles or above. Just sharing that because I was confused by the terms in the beginning. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Hi Beth...great vid! I just started rolling with a Dr. Pen. So far, I've used it on my face, neck, arms, and legs. It goes pretty fast and I believe the trick here is persistence. Beth, I looked at the link of the single Angel Kiss Derma Roller and that does have real needles, however, the 'set' does not. On the set you can see they are rows of disks which is a sign of not being real and they do not say anyplace that they are real needles. I would honestly stay clear of any rollers which do not have real needles x

The difference is the single dermaroller by Angel Kiss is real needle 192 needles.The set is not real needles but on a wheel. Also stainless steel is more hygenic and less risk of infection. You can choose that with the single dermaroller by Angel Kiss.The set is titanium needles. I think with those they are less likely to bend,so they last longer. I think you can use a dermaroller up to 10 times. Does the man who wrote the book say anything about that? You look great as usual Beth!
Hey Beth, I really do enjoy your videos. I especially have enjoyed the information you have put out on derma rolling. I’ve watched a few of those videos and I ordered the Angel Kiss, derma rolling kit from Amazon and have been using it. I do need some clarification. On some of your earlier derma rolling videos you said use once a month but when you did this particular one, that we’re watching now, you use it on your face and use it once a week so I’m just wanting to know should derma rolling take place once a month or once a week. Thank you for the clarification and keep on putting out wonderful videos like you do because they are so informative.
Deborah, I don’t know if anybody ever responded to your question but from everything I have read if you’re using .5 or above you should only do it once a month and I think at one time she was using the longer needles Anything under .5 such as .2 or .3 is supposed to be safe once a week

You are so welcome. Results can take quite a bit of time so do you be patient. I actually just replace the entire unit. I am not aware of where you can buy replacement heads.

I'm so glad your journey with hip surgery went well😊 you look fabulous and your outlook is astonishing, God bless you!❤ being a true carnivore by design, meaning I'm a hunter gatherer blood type 0..i definitely get the struggle. although I don't strictly follow a carnivore diet, i do incorporate super antioxidants into my diet to offset the inflammation..i also eat collagen rich foods to manage my digestive issues..have you worked with a dietitian and/or nutritionist? A diverse diet of animal protein preparation can make a difference for the doldrums😊 I'd recommend that first and foremost to deal with your very specific IBS situation..perhaps your gastroenterologist can refer you a reputable one? Beth I am new to your channel, and I love it. what are the steps of cleansing that you do before you derma roll? and how often should I derma roll. And, what products do I put on after rolling?
I just clean my skin as normal. Then I derma roll, and I use all of my normal products afterward. You should be able to find a PM skin care video on my channel that explains what I do.

I am now using only a short needle, cosmetic, depth, derma roller on my face and my body. The depth of needle is either 2.5 or .3. I do my face about every two weeks now and my body about once a month.
I watched your video on derma rolling arms so I was about to order the one you have but I don’t want the other extras as I have dr Pen. I came across a larger well referred body derma roller. I just received it. It’s fabulous. Can I post a picture? Cannot find where to do that. It comes in a box and it’s called the Big M
I found that the derma rolling really irritated my skin! I tried what you recommended! Was very disappointed!! It messed my skin up. I would not recommend this at all! I bought exactly what she said to buy. My skin is damaged!😮

It’s so funny because I had purchased the Angel kiss kit too, but then I saw you using the.50/1.50 micro-needle (needles) so I tried to quickly stop the delivery of my Angle kiss and purchased the deeper set.
