I love the snail mucin! Thanks for mentioning to apply it on moist skin then apply actives. At 67 with dry skin and mild rosacea this product with a few actives has made a big difference in my skin!
I have been using the cosrx snail eye cream for a couple years now and I love it. It’s very gentle and doesn’t give me milia like some other heavier eye creams used to give me.
@@ArsalanAspires Please No. Don’t let all of our secrets out. Then it will become a trend, and it may get sold out at stores and be difficult to get. Let them have the Essence 🤣🤣🤣
Hi, can i use aloevera gel as a moisturizer after applying cosrx snail muccin essence? And can i layer it up with Mcaffeine coffee serum? Kindly please reply, loving your videos🙂❤️ Thanks❤️
Hi Doctor, excellent information. Can I use snail mucin before my tretinoin, azelic acid or vitamin c? Would it not interfere with the penetration of the products since snail mucin is a bit thicker in consistency?? Please advise
Thanks for your question. The general rule of thumb has always been applying your skincare from thinnest to thickest in consistency. But a dilemma may arise since you should put Vitamin C and Azelaic Acid on dry skin for maximum effectiveness and Snail Mucin on wet skin, because they work better with moisture. However, Snail Mucin may be a lot thicker in consistency than Vitamin C. So what is the most appropriate order? There is very little research to say what is the most optimal order, but waiting until the Snail Mucin is fully absorbed (time will differ/person), then applying the Vitamin C after when skin is dry could be a viable way to circumvent it. Secondly, in regards to Tretinoin, Snail Mucin can be used as a buffer before Tretinoin, as it may reduce flakiness and/or irritation from due to the humectants and soothing ingredients if used properly. I hope this helps in some way.
Hi, since I moved to the UK, I have been experiencing lots of reoccurring on my face, I have used alot of products on my face which did not work,u came across snail 96 mucin power and snail 92 all in one cream, my question is can I use both products together ?
I'm back ... 3:03 minutes - "Steps" ... Currently, I'm using Polyglutamic acid serum for hydration. Is it okay to put the snail mucin on after .. then moisturizer?
It is best to use on skin that is as close to bare as possible, then wait for 30 minutes if possible before applying more products. Cleanser -> pH balancing toner (if you have one) -> Actives (AHA or BHA) -> Essence -> Serum -> Moisturizer.
I never thought i would be putting this type of product on my skin. Wow. I use it in the morning followed by my moisture. And if i have any surprising acne it makes it disappear. Again, WOW. I am sold. 😊
Hi Dr. Arsalan, I'm looking at the items you listed and I really like that Versed Sweet Relief Night Mask. Have you done a video on sleeping pillows? If not, you might want to. The problem with "night" treatments is, they all end up on the pillow ... even silk pillows. Have you done any research on pillows that support your neck ONLY and then recess downward so you don't wipe the treatments off your face while sleeping?
That is a great suggestion! They aren’t mandatory and some people either like them or dislike them. I have personally used it and had no issues. The pillow dilema is real though. Silk pillowcases are more advantageous than cotton, but you are right the product may still be rubbed off. What has helped me is just making sure I apply the routine in the right order and if you’re using retinol then wait at least 30 mins before hitting the pillow. A few Microfiber pillowcases don't absorb moisture but they do wick moisture which can leave skin and hair dry.
Thanks for your question! Ideally you apply in order of thinnest to thickest. Snail Mucin works best on wet skin and vitamin c works best on dry skin. There is no hard rule or proof the timing of one works better than the other, this is why you may use it before the essence or after the essence has dried up. Both will be viable solutions!
can I use with .05% tretinoin cream? I used to mix tretinoin cream (rx) with strivectin to minimize side effects (excessive peeling) and now I just bought the snail mucin and am wondering if I can use at same time?
