To track exactly how much money you're spending is unusual for most young people who usually assume that their income is always going up. Good for you.
It's wise of you to set aside a significant portion of your earnings for savings/insurance. Do consider dividends-paying stocks that have a good track record of dividend payout. So far stocks such as DBS, OCBC, and SIA have delivered. And stocks are more liquid. And you can buy them directly from online platforms.
Thanks for the breakdown and insights. May I ask if most of the cost are shared with your boyfriend? It could be an entirely different game if you are trying to make it yourself alone vs. sharing costs such as food, grab, bills, not mentioning rent. I am moving there from Europe as well later this year and seems like being solo is quite economically disadvantaged. I am looking at 1 beds at below 4k per month and seems like that will be the biggest expense and everything else are manageable as you have set out. But budgeting as a couple is probably much easier and you will have an even better quality of life compared to 2 singles spending the same amount.

I earn about $8k per month as a software engineer and with the youtube channel not much, about $30 per month! I do sometimes collaboration on TikTok especially but most of them are not paid!
