Those are some amazing places to stay in Costa Rica. I'd like to add my Costa Rican tiny house to your list. It is a little above $100 a night but not by much and it has an amazing view. You should check it out.

It's cute and all, but I don't think I would be comfortable with the bathroom completely outside and uncovered.
