Seems like Costco has drawn the ultimate line and won't allow membership sharing, and it's closing all the loopholes to do so. #costco #costcotips #costcodude
You're opening lines were funny. I was looking forward to your next video. And yes I'm very happy about their enforcement. Because that will discourage family members and others to come in with the primary card holder and buy a bunch of stuff. Costco is getting crowded anyway and the less people the better it is I think.
Enough with the freeloaders. The non members always made the lines longer at the food court. I'm glad non members can no longer buy the $1.50 hotdog and drink without a membership card. Costco LOSES money for each hotdog they sell so why should they lose money on these losers? The funniest Costco freeloaders are those loitering at the gas pumps with their car talking up a gas pump stall. I ran into two of them so far asking me for my membership card so they can get the cheap membership price. I said NO and they drive away LOL. There's always people who try to scheme and freeload in life and want membership benefits while not paying for it.
Hey if they're not checking at your warehouse, go for it! Use it all you need. 👍 On an unrelated note, what's your mom's membership number? 🤣 Just kidding
Hey thanks for the update. I saw that sign the last time I went shopping but didn’t fully pay attention since I don’t share my membership 😂. I understand why they are enforcing it and tbh I support it. I mean unfortunately as the saying goes, “you give an inch, they take a mile” so people did it to themselves. Not to sound mean but just the reality of it. And also those are the rules and people agreed to it, if u don’t like it then shop somewhere else. Rules are rules and every store has them. Just be respectful and follow the rules. It’s not unreasonable. Thanks again for the video and keep them coming. I like learning all the tips and tricks. Have a great day.
I have no problem with it. I buy things for a couple of neighbors all the time. I go shopping, I buy the things, I pay for the things and take them to my neighbors, who give me cash or Zelle. Two little old ladies split a package of toilet paper or paper towel... If my son wants things (we live together anyhow), he goes with me and we settle the bill at home.
It’s a good thing. I have been at Costco member since the days of Price club. I think it’s good, because Costco keeps their prices low due to making most of their profit on memberships. If more people buy with less memberships, eventually it will trickle down to the members, and we will start seeing higher prices.
As a member I think it’ll help reduce crowds and make my shopping experience better. I don’t want non members in the warehouse. That’s why I pay for a membership vs going somewhere else. If people want to shop there they need a membership.
Imagine the food court during Super Bowl and the thousands of pizzas made for non members in the past. You would also stand in line and half the people there weren't members buying the $1.50 hotdog and drink. Costco loses money on each hotdog they sell to these non members. Glad they enforce membership at the food court now.
I am glad that they're enforcing it now! We pay for our memberships for the privilege of shopping there, so why would others have that without paying? There are plenty of stores that dont require memberships where you can go shop!!
